TAMA is managed by motivated professional management staff with team of community facilitators working as volunteers at grassroots level to mobilize and sensitize family households on good agricultural practices (GAPs), health and human rights promotion, food and nutrition security among poor smallholder farmers particularly women and youth and ensure climate resilience.

Our staff personnel is comprised of the Executive Director, Programs Manager, Project Coordinators, Program Accountant, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer, Accounts Assistant, Agricultural Extension Officers, Community Facilitators, Peer Educators and team of local Community Volunteers scattered in villages where we operate.
